1. Acceptance of Terms 

By participating in The Place Brand Project survey for the Tauranga Region and entering the weekly $250 Prezzy Card draw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms specified in the survey invitation. 

2. Promoter 

The promoter is Our Tauranga Region – The Place Brand Project.  

3. Eligibility 

• Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. 

• Employees of the promoter, its affiliated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

• Only one entry per person per survey is permitted. Multiple entries for the same survey will be deemed invalid. 

4. How to Enter 

• Complete the eligible Place Brand Project survey in full during the promotional period. 

• Only fully completed surveys will be entered into the weekly prize draw. 

• Entries must be received by the closing date and time specified in the survey invitation. Late, incomplete, or illegible entries will not be accepted. 

5. Prize Details 

• Each week, one winner will receive a $250 Prezzy Card. 

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except at the promoter's sole discretion. 

• All other costs associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. 

6. Prize Draw and Winner Notification 

• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received each week. 

• The draw will be conducted by the promoter within five business days of the close of each weekly entry period. 

• The winner will be notified by email (or phone if provided) using the contact details supplied in the survey. 

• If the promoter, after reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner within 10 business days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be drawn. 

• The winner's first name and region may be published on the promoter's website and/or social media channels. 

7. Prize Fulfilment 

• The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 calendar days of successful contact. 

• If the winner declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be drawn. 

8. Privacy and Use of Personal Information 

• Personal information provided will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the survey and prize draw, and in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. 

• By entering, you consent to the promoter using your information for these purposes, including publishing your first name and region if you win. 

• You have the right to access and request correction of your personal information held by the promoter. 

9. General 

• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions. 

• The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

• The promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. 

• The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw if required. 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
